Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) — and usually sooner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options and rates

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to reroute a package once it has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn't arrived within the carrier's estimated window, contact us at contact@nipponlabs.com with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
