FAQ
Does this work in both directions? No. It converts from DisplayPort out to the other format only. It will not take an HDMI, DVI or VGA source and feed a DisplayPort monitor. For that you need a converter built for the opposite direction.
Is an HDMI cable included? No. The output is an HDMI socket, so you plug your own HDMI cable in to reach the display.
Is the 4K here 60Hz? No, the 4K limit on this adapter is 30Hz. That is fine for presentations, signage and general desktop work, but it feels less smooth with video and mouse movement. If you need 4K at 60Hz, choose our active DisplayPort to HDMI adapter instead.
