Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), and usually sooner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

US shipping rates

• Free Economy shipping on orders of $25 or more.
• Economy shipping on orders under $25: $1.99 for packages up to 2 lb, $6.99 for heavier packages (up to 10 lb).
• Standard shipping (faster): $6.90 for packages up to 1 lb, $9.90 up to 5 lb.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland and Norway. Rates are calculated by the carrier (USPS or DHL Express) and shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we're unable to reroute a package once it has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn't arrived within the carrier's estimated window, contact us at contact@nipponlabs.com with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
