Nippon Labs Mini DisplayPort 3-in-1 Adapter, HDMI/VGA/DVI, 1080p mDP Male

This adapter plugs into a Mini DisplayPort output on your computer and offers three output sockets: HDMI, DVI and VGA. The signal flows one way only, from the Mini DisplayPort side out to whichever display you connect. It is a single small part that covers every common display input you are likely to meet, so one item in your bag replaces three.

FAQ

Does this work in both directions? No. It converts from DisplayPort out to the other format only. It will not take an HDMI, DVI or VGA source and feed a DisplayPort monitor. For that you need a converter built for the opposite direction.

Why carry a three in one instead of a single adapter? Because you often do not know what the room has until you are standing in it. One adapter covering HDMI, DVI and VGA means no guessing and no second trip for the right part. Note that only one output is used at a time. This drives a single display, so it is not a way to run three screens at once.

Is a display cable included? No. All three outputs are sockets, so you supply the HDMI, DVI or VGA cable that runs to the display. In a meeting room that cable is normally already at the table.
