Are all ten the same length? Yes. Pick one length and you receive ten of that length in this color.

Is Cat6 enough, or do I need Cat6A? Cat6 carries full Gigabit at any length up to 100 meters and handles 10 Gigabit up to about 55 meters. For 10 Gigabit across a large building, choose Cat6A.

What does booted mean? The molded boot over each RJ45 plug keeps the locking tab from catching on other cables when you pull a bundle, which is the usual way patch cable plugs get broken.

Will they work with PoE? Yes. The 24 AWG bare copper conductors carry PoE and PoE+ for cameras and access points.
